Spinning Top

This is a developed idea for a turned object using a a wood lathe machine. This machine works by subtracting wood. I used basswood and hard wax (surface finish); a roughing gouge to subtract the wood, a spindle gauge to shape the spinning top, sanding paper and wax to finish the wood while it was still turning.
